The "My Checks" and "N Checks" mobile apps are designed to protect your privacy.  No personal data is required to use these apps and any data that is stored will remain on your mobile device and not shared with anyone.

2. What type of information is collected?
Information collected within "My Checks" and/or "N Checks" would be transactional data including dates, method of transaction, Memo information, amounts, and balance for the spreadsheets.  The user is not required to provide any account numbers, Routing Transit numbers, card numbers, names, data of birth, address, or any other personal information.

3. Why do we collect data?
Any data entered into "My Checks" and/or "N Checks" would be stored only on the mobile device and is not transmitted to the cloud.  This is because the application works in "offline" mode, meaning no internet connection is necessary.  The data in it's original form will be stored within SQL tables that are only accessible to the app and not available for any other application interface.  The Export function will write a CSV file of the spreadsheet but the CSV will only be available within INTERNAL Mobile device storage kept within the folder dedicated for these apps.

4. Can users opt-out?
Users cannot opt-out from the app using data to store within the mobile device.  If data is not stored on the mobile device, "My Checks" and/or "N Checks" cannot function as designed.

5. Is data shared with third-parties?
Data is not shared with third-parties.  Once the app is installed on the mobile device, the data is kept only on the mobile device and cannot be shared with anyone.

6. How long will user data be retained?
There is no limit in time for retaining data within the app.  The only limiting factor is a limit of 999,999 records for each of the 8 spreadsheets.  There is a DELETE function available within the app to delete selected records.

7. How will personal data collected be protected?
All data collected for this app will remain protected in SQL tables that are accessible only to the application and cannot be read or re-written by any other application.  Likewise any CSV data will be stored within INTERNAL storage only accessible to the app that created the data.

9. What happens if "My Checks" and/or "N Checks" is transferred to new ownership?
